Looping
Looping can be defined as erratic stitching which leaves “loops” of upper thread on the top surface of a stitchout. Defining looping is easy .... correcting it can be a bit more difficult because this problem can be caused by any number of variables or even a combination of more than one. Finding the cause of looping is often a process of elimination which will require that the embroiderer carefully exam the design, mechanical elements of the embroidery machine and even the material being stitched on.
